For government, education and non-profit organizations who wish to install the software on their own premises we offer VisualTime scheduling software free of charge.
The licenses acquired for the free edition don't expire, however we require our customers to re-activate the software within 90 days from the initial installation and provide us with a brief quote explaining how VisualTime scheduling software has helped their business.
The free edition of VisualTime scheduling software is comprised of the following package:
- 5 (five) resource licenses
- 1 (one) concurrent access license
- Web viewer module
- Outlook and Google Calendar integration module
The Outlook and Google Calendar integration module allows displaying of an unlimited number of external calendars.
Customers who have acquired any of the free edition licenses can extend their deployment or upgrade to one of our paid packages at any time.
